Most of our products will be sent every day once payment has been made.
At the time the order is marked as shipped, you will receive an email with all the details of the order and the order tracking number.
Shipment will require signature at the time of shipment.
Verify the address to which the order is sent, since Allogiocases is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses.
In the event that a product is to be returned, it must include the order or invoice number. If not, we will not be able to identify your order and the corresponding return will not be made.
If the reason for the return is because one of the products has arrived in poor condition, let us know within 7 days and we will make the replacement of the product or credits will be provided in your favor for our website.
We recommend sending certified products, Allogiocases is not responsible if any order does not arrive and there is no proof of delivery.
